We’ll continue updating this page as we get closer to the wedding with additional details Check back in as we get closer.
Formal wedding attire. Think classic, wedding attire, suits and ties, cocktail or formal dresses. Tuxes welcome, but not required. The venue has an old-school New York/Italian feel, carpets, chandeliers, curtains, and plenty of character.
Terrace on the Park has a few different ballrooms. Our reception will be held in the Penthouse, there is a private elevator entrance for rooftop access. A Little History: The building was originally built for the 1964–65 New York World’s Fair and served as the Port Authority Heliport. The former helicopter pad is now the Penthouse, and is where the Beatles landed before their historic New York concert in August 1965.
As much as we would love to celebrate with your little ones, our reception will be adults only. We encourage you to take the night off, let loose, and celebrate with us! Between capacity and the rooftop/outdoor areas being more than 20 stories above the ground, we feel most comfortable keeping the evening kid-free for everyone’s safety. We know arranging childcare may not always be easy, and we truly appreciate your understanding and making the effort to celebrate with us!
Please only RSVP for the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus-one is included, it will appear when you RSVP.
Our official wedding room block is at the DoubleTree by Hilton New York LaGuardia Airport. Please use the booking link provided on our website to receive our wedding block rate. We’ve also included a few additional nearby hotels if you’d prefer another option.
St. Vincent Ferrer does not have its own parking lot. There are several parking garages within a few blocks of the church. We are also working on transportation from the hotel to the church, so stay tuned for more details!
Whatever you want! If you want to stay in Manhattan, the church is on the Upper East Side, so feel free to explore, grab a drink, or wander around for a bit. You can also head back to the hotel. The DoubleTree has an on-site restaurant and bar where you can hang out before heading to the reception.
No venue change necessary. When the formal reception ends, we’re staying right where we are. The lights will dim, the music will get louder, and the party will turn up a few notches. Basically: same place, different energy.
