Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 16th, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kiddos very much, our venue only allows a certain number of guests. This will be an adult only party. We encourage you to use this weekend as a "weekend away" for yourself!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Bright summer-time colors are encouraged. Please no jeans/ denim & avoid shades of white.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. The parking lot is a little bit of a distance from Wisteria Arbor and requires an uphill walk. We encourage guests to uber/Lyft from the hotel to venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Once the ceremony begins, we ask the phones are silenced. Pictures and videos are welcomed and encouraged by all. Don't forget to send them to the bride and groom!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. For this reason, we encourage you to uber/ Lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. There will be tables set up indoor as an option to eat indoor, but majority of the celebration will be outdoors.

What do I do if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are late to ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you would remain at the entrance of the Cheekwood Mansion and wait to join us until cocktail hour. We thank you for understanding.
