We are delighted to have you attend our wedding; your presence is the best gift we could ask for. However, if you wish to give us a gift, a cash gift would be greatly appreciated. How do I make it to the venue?

Answer

Address: 2 Chome-2-30 Nakadori, Akita 010-0001, Japan. It is a 7-minute walk from Akita Station, easily accessible by Shinkansen, airplane, car or charter bus from Ayaka's home in Misato (1-hour ride).

Can I wear kimono?

Answer

Of course! Hey there! If you're interested in renting a beautiful women's kimono, please let us know and don't forget to include your height and weight. For just 600 CAD, you can enjoy wearing one for a whole day! We'll make sure to let the venue staff know your size so that they can have kimonos ready for you as soon as you arrive. You'll even be able to pick your favorite one before other guests arrive. And don't worry, the staff will be happy to help you put it on and make sure you look amazing!

What should I wear?

Answer

Typically, formal events in Japan require men to wear suits or tuxedos, while women are expected to wear dresses. Here are some guidelines for clothing that is best to avoid: - White dresses or all-black dresses. - Clothing that exposes a lot of skin, such as mini-lengths that are 10cm or more above the knee, clothing that shows cleavage or back, or slits that go up to the thighs. - Sleeveless dresses should be covered with a bolero. - No animal patterns or fur. - Avoid mules, boots, and casual shoes. Preferably, wear heels. - Avoid wearing black stockings, tights, or going barefoot.

Yes! There is the Clark on the 1st floor. You can store your items like the jacket.
