Brooke and Frankie's relationship began with a pair of right swipes on Tinder (literally and figuratively). They went on their first date to Cosimos in Poughkeepsie in 2021. The moment Frankie stepped out of his car and handed Brooke a bouquet of flowers, she knew he was going to be someone special. They both went on Tinder with the same goal in mind: to meet "the one." Ever since that day in 2021, the two have been inseparable.

It was Labor Day weekend and our annual camping trip up to Ticonderoga. The morning of September 2, 2023, Brooke made some breakfast before the big ride. Frankie was calm, cool and collected. Brooke was hopeful, but seemingly unsuspicious considering Frankie's demeanor. We started the day with a hike up Big Hollow Trail with our closest friends who knew what was coming. We finally made it to the top where Frankie got down on one knee and asked Brooke to be his wife. (Talk about working for it!)
