Because this is a "dry" wedding there will not be any alcohol permitted on the venue during the ceremony or reception. There will be a variety of non-alcoholic beverages provided at the venue for guests to self-serve & drink. Thank you.
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, however the wedding reception will be held indoors. All indoor buildings at this venue will be air-conditioned for your comfort & convenience.
Please RSVP via this website (under the RSVP tab) by July 8th. Due to venue capacity and event planning requirements, guests who do not RSVP by this date will unfortunately be unable to be accommodated at the ceremony or reception.
The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. No white, ivory, cream, tan, etc.
There is a parking lot located directly across from the wedding venue on Territorial road. In addition to that there is a overflow parking lot. We are not providing transportation to and from the events, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location.
The ceremony will plan to begin at 2pm. We ask that guests arrive by 1:30 pm to park & find seating in time to not interrupt the preceedings of the ceremony. Please do not arrive prior to 1 pm as there will be vendors and individuals setting up and preparing for the event. Thank you.
When you RSVP on the website it will specify names of who is invited in addition to yourself. This will indicate if you have a plus one or not. Please RSVP accordingly for you and your date.
Yes, children are invited the the wedding with their parents, however we ask that parents and families try to minimize any loud noises during the ceremony portion of the wedding. Your RSVP should list the names of your children, please RSVP accordingly to which children will or will not be attending. Thank you.
No gifts are required, however if you'd like to gift the couple a 'present' you can do so under the registry tab. The bride and groom are asking for contributions to their honeymoon fund at this time. In addition, there will be an area for cards at the wedding if you choose to bring one.
Our wedding ceremony will be "unplugged" meaning we kindly ask that all guests refrain from using their electronic devices for photographing, video recording and/or personal use during the ceremony so that each and every guest can be fully present with us during that time. We will have photographers and videographers present to capture every moment.
Dinner will be catered as a buffet with a variety of different foods to choose from. We will be adding more details regarding the specifics of the menu closer to the month of the wedding. Our caterer does not accommodate dietary restrictions at this time. Please make plans accordingly, as needed.
