We met at The Dog House Lounge, a local bar, where we bonded over drinks and a few games of darts. We instantly became friends, and our friendship grew over many nights at "The Dog," as we call it. We spent our time listening to country music, playing darts, and having many more drinks! We both knew we were much more than friends, and we began to date. Our love for each other grew deeper over dinner dates, motorcycle rides, nights at The Dog, binge watching Netflix series, and many country music festivals.

We headed off to Nashville on Memorial Day weekend of 2019, where we were going to see, in concert, one of our favorite country music artists, Eric Church. On the night of the concert, I made sure to get ready early so we could order an Uber and get to the concert on time. Andrew was acting different and was stalling ordering the Uber. We were standing in the kitchen, I was ready to go, and then Andrew told me he loved me. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. He could barely get the words out before I put my hand out and screamed, “YES!” Now we tell people, "We got engaged going to "Church!" We are so excited for our special day, and we look forward to spending it with you!
