Our Story

Would you believe us if we told you we officially met 8 years ago? In August of 2013, Juan came from Virginia to Florida with his two oldest kids to visit his youngest brother Eric & family. During that short trip, he went to see his brother at his aunts house and Francheska happened to be there with his cousin and her best friend, Ana. Juan said hi and Francheska smiled back at him. (Love at 1st sight right? Lol jk). Fast forward to October of 2017, in the mist of tragedy came a hint of light. Juan & Francheska both were at a family’s house attending a gathering & Juan made the first move. They spoke non-stop and found they had more in common than they thought. After 3 months of talking Juan moved to Florida and on December 16 2017 he made it official with Francheska. They were inseparable like any couple when they first start dating. In May 2018, they both found out they were expecting a baby due December 2018. During that time, as they prepared for the arrival of their son there were a lot of trials and tribulations but thankfully they over came them together. In April 2020, during the worldwide pandemic (COVID-19) they both were blessed with the opportunity to purchase their first home together. This was all possible not only during the pandemic but also as Juan sacrificed for his family to working thousands of miles away. Francheska, the kids, & her family took a trip to the USVI in December of 2020, where Juan had been working for months to spend the holidays together. On December 30th, at the easternmost point (by travel) of the United’s States, Juan got on one knee and asked Francheska to marry him. Now they are planning the wedding of their dreams...

To the man I love ...

Looking back at when we first met I knew you were the one for me. We started as friends and the bond grew stronger. You’ve seen me cry, scream, and break. And even then you loved me. You’ve taught me more about myself than I sometimes like to admit. You’ve stepped up as a man, and a father and I’m internally grateful for. You’ve loved my daughter like you own and you’ve allowed me to be part of your kids life. Honey you make me the happiest when I’m sad, you make me laugh when I want to cry, and you make me stronger when I feel like giving up. Thank you for loving me the way you do. Fiancé of mine I can’t wait to keep doing life with you. - Your fiancé

To the Love of My Life.

I am Thankful I am Blessed I am Grateful I am Honored I am Loved I am Respected I am Worthy I am Responsible I am Resilient I am all those things but without I wouldn’t be half of them. I pray to God that He continues to guide us as we continue to do life together. You have broadened a new vision of life for me and for that I am also thankful. You made me see what I couldn’t see in myself. Without you there’s no me. There’s so much more I can say or write you have no clue. Which is why I can’t wait until the day we say I do...
