When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online by April 15th. Due to permits being acquired for our location, final guest counts must be submitted in advance.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 3:00 PM. Because the location is not a traditional venue, has no phone service, and parking is spread out, we recommend arriving about 2:00pm but no later than 2:30 PM to allow time to park and find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - Mountain Dressy Dressy yet comfortable, polished but practical. We will be celebrating outdoors on the trail. Please consider the outdoor setting and uneven terrain when selecting footwear.

Can I bring a date?

Due to permit restrictions and limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on each invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.

Is there a reception?

Answer

We will not be having a traditional reception. After the ceremony, guests are welcome to stay and celebrate with us! Those who choose to remain are invited to bring something to grill, drinks, and enjoy an evening of games, music, dancing, and relaxing together. You’re welcome to stay for a bit or make a night of it.

What should I know about staying after the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be hosting a traditional reception. Guests who would like to stay are welcome to enjoy a relaxed, outdoor evening with us. You’re invited to bring food to grill, drinks, chairs, and any camping gear if you plan to stay overnight.
