Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm PST. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled in.

What time and where will the shuttle be?

Answer

The shuttle will be leaving Northern Quest at exactly 3pm to head to the wedding venue. Please be there on time to be able to catch the shuttle - it will not wait for guests if you are late. Please meet outside the main front doors to the hotel lobby - there will be a sign that reads "Shuttle Dropoff/Pickup". There will be a Northern Quest shuttle AND a white sprinter-style van to accommodate all guests needing transportation.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire; think dresses, dress pants, dress shirt and tie, etc. No jeans or shorts please. The ceremony will be outdoors and on grass.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Northern Quest Resort and Casino. Please refer to the travel tab for further details on how to book your stay! If the casino is not your vibe, there are many hotel options in the Airway Heights area, near the airport. Keep in mind that it is Hoopfest weekend; therefore, downtown hotels will be pricey, and many streets downtown will be closed.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has plenty of free parking spaces to accommodate all of our guests! We prioritize our guests' safety. If you are planning on drinking, Spokane has plenty of rideshare options to utilize. The venue allows guests to leave their cars overnight to be picked up in the morning. If you leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, it must be picked up by 11am on Sunday.
