Our celebration will take place at a beautiful barn venue—think polished, but comfortable. We kindly ask guests to dress in Formal attire. For men, suits or blazers are encouraged; ties are optional and no tuxedos are required. We also recommend block heels or dressy flats, as there are grass and gravel paths throughout the property."
We love your kiddos dearly! However, due to limited space, we’ll only be including children from our immediate families in the celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a well-deserved night off, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
If you’re flying in, we recommend Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), which is the nearest major airport to our venue.
The venue is about an hour’s drive from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Renting a car is recommended if you’d like flexibility during your stay. To make things easy, we’ll have shuttles available on the wedding day for guests staying at Mountain Creek Resort.
We have reserved a room block at Mountain Creek Resort (just 10 minutes from our venue) for June 19 & 20. Vernon, NJ – Closest to the venue and home to Mountain Creek Resort (where we have a room block). Great for convenience and nature lovers. Warwick, NY – A charming nearby town with restaurants, wineries, and small boutique shops. Sussex, NJ – A quiet local option with a few small inns and hotels. Paramus, NJ – A bit farther, but with lots of hotels, shopping, and dining options. New York City – About an hour away if you’d like to extend your trip and enjoy the city!
Mountain Creek Resort (Vernon, NJ) – In June, their Waterpark is open! Perfect for a summer day with slides, wave pools, and lazy rivers. Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery (Warwick, NY) – Enjoy live outdoor music on weekends, wood-fired pizza, and tastings of local wine, cider, and spirits. Local Farms & Pick-Your-Own (Warwick & Vernon area) – June is strawberry season! Farms like Ochs Orchard and Heaven Hill Farm offer pick-your-own berries, farm stands, and ice cream. High Point State Park (Sussex, NJ) – Hike trails surrounded by summer greenery, or pack a picnic and enjoy the lake and scenic views. Greenwood Lake (on the NJ/NY border) – Great spot for kayaking, paddleboarding, or just relaxing by the water. Absolutely! For your convenience, complimentary shuttles will run between Mountain Creek Resort and the venue on the day of the wedding.
Yes! There is parking available on-site at The Farm at Glenwood for both the ceremony and reception. If you are staying at Mountain Creek Resort, shuttles will be provided on the wedding day, so you won’t need to drive or worry about parking.
