When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP date is listed for July 23, 2024 to the bride and groom.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle bus that will transport our guests to/from the venue to the hotels. Please see the section for travel that outlines specific information for you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to drive to Hayloft on the Arch, there is ample parking there for you to leave your car overnight in their parking lot. We do encourage our guests to utilize the shuttle transportation that will be provided to/from the wedding venue to the hotels.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have our ceremony at the Hayloft on the Arch outside. If there is inclement weather, we have a secondary location inside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There will be an array of food served buffet style so guests can enjoy all of the options provided. There will be a list of items outlined here for guests to review to ensure that any dietary restrictions/allergies are met.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of meat, fish, vegan dishes as well as signature sides that will be served.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We wish we could include all the children but are unfortunately, only able to accommodate our children in the wedding party at the ceremony and reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We have planned for guests to continue to celebrate at the Turning Stone's "The GIG" bar and lounge at 10:30pm. Please see the "Schedule" section on the wedding website for details.
