What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 4:15 PM to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

A shuttle will take guests to and from the Hyatt Westlake on May 16th. It departs promptly at 3:40 PM, so please be at the front of the hotel near valet by 3:30 PM to ensure everyone arrives in time for the ceremony. After the wedding, the shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel—with a stop at the afterparty along the way! The shuttle is not required. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you plan to drive yourself. You can also keep your car overnight at the venue.

Yes, formal attire. Think suits and ties, long dresses or cocktail gowns.

Yes, there’s parking available at the venue, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight if needed.
