When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

ASAP - if you are planning to stay at the hotel you should book your room as soon as possible. The F1 Miami race is on the same weekend so hotel availability will get limited as we get closer to the day! The last day to book a room in the block is April 1.

What can I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be ~2 hours between the ceremony ending and the reception starting. Feel free to head back to host hotel (Hyatt Regency Coral Gables) to grab a drink in the lobby or there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance of The Cruz Building as well!

Yes, if you would prefer a vegetarian meal as your main course please let Francesca know at least 2 weeks before the wedding!
