What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony so you can find your seat and get settled before we begin.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Bear Brook Valley. No need to travel between locations.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, parking is available onsite. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking.

We will have tons of food options for you to choose from, but feel free to let us know when you RSVP. Our venue can accommodate all dietary needs.
