When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 18th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony 15-30 minutes early. We'll plan to start right at 5:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is summer formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you only bring a date if you've been given a plus 1 or cleared it with Chris and Francesca ahead of time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions when RSVP'ing. The Catering Outfit will do their best to accommodate any food allergies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. Please note that Ubers may not come out to Keswick Vineyards late at night (getting an uber to the venue shouldn't be an issue though!). We are also providing a shuttle to bring guests to the venue from Downtown Charlottesville in the afternoon and back to Charlottesville from Keswick at 9:45pm and 11:30pm. The shuttle will depart from University Baptist Church at 4:15pm (1223 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903). The shuttle will return in the evening to this location. You may leave your car at the venue overnight, if needed. We suggest that you plan to drive, take the shuttle, or make alternative transportation arrangements.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are providing shuttle service from downtown Charlottesville to Keswick Vineyards as well as a shuttle back to Charlottesville, for those who do not wish to drive.
