Passports & Aruba ED Card

Answer

You will need a valid passport to travel to Aruba. You can apply for or renew your passport online at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html. First-time applications must be submitted in person, while renewals can be completed entirely online. In addition, please be sure to complete the Aruba ED Card before traveling. This mandatory document is required for all visitors and serves as a pre-screening tool.

Room Block

Our room block is from November 5-9, 2026, however, you may stay from November 2-12 at the discounted rate if you book early. Please email Farizah.willems-vandal@hyatt.com with any questions - please include our group code G-FB26 in the subject line. A one night deposit is required when booking, but the remaining cost is not due until check out.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We kindly request that all wedding events—including the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception—remain adults-only celebrations. Children are, of course, welcome to join you on the trip and enjoy the resort. For families traveling with kids, the Hyatt Regency Aruba offers Camp Hyatt (https://www.hyattbeachservices.com), a fun program designed just for children. In addition, professional babysitting services are available and can be arranged directly through the Hyatt’s concierge team at adventure.concierge@hyatt.com.

Reserve beach chairs and palapas in advance through Hyatt Beach Services: https://hyattbeachservices.com/. Complimentary seating is available for resort guests, but we recommend booking ahead if you have a preferred spot.

To stay connected during your trip to Aruba, you'll need an international phone plan for calls and data, but WiFi is available throughout the hotel for messaging and internet use.
