Guests traveling from around the world should plan to arrive in Delhi by November 11th. Our logistics team will meet guests at Delhi Airport and major railway stations and escort everyone to the planned buses and taxis heading to voco Jim Corbett (our venue).
The drive from Delhi to Jim Corbett is a 5.5-hour road journey, passing through scenic countryside and forested stretches as you get closer to the resort. Please keep water, snacks, and anything you need to stay comfortable along the way—once you arrive, it’s time to unwind and enjoy the celebrations!
We will arrange hotel rooms for the celebration. Please RSVP in a timely manner for this to happen!

If coming from abroad, we recommend flying in and out of Delhi. On arrival, immigration can take up to 1 hr. Upon exit, please plan to arrive 3 hrs before your flight. There is a line to enter the airport (you will have to show your ticket). Additionally, remove ALL electronics from your bags during security, including charging cables, and hold your passport in hand for additional passport checks.
