Question

What will the weather be like? Are we outside?

Answer

The weather is highly variable this time of year in Colorado. Historical weather patterns suggest anywhere from high 40s to high 60s, average temp of 57. We advise bringing a sweater or jacket. The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn (open), cocktail hour will be in the outdoor courtyard with heaters. From 6PM onward - dinner, reception & dancing - will be indoors!

Are you registered? Where?

See our online registry under the “registry” tab. We are mostly doing funds as we already have most of the other household items we need at this time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45PM. Shuttles from the hotel will likely arrive 3:30-3:45PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Crooked Willow Farms venue. There is parking available on site. Cars are allowed to stay overnight as long as they are picked up NO LATER than 10AM Sunday 10/19/25. If you are driving to the venue, make sure to screenshot directions beforehand, as service can be spotty in this rural area. If you are driving home from the venue, please be careful as it can be dark with limited street lights. Please do NOT drink and drive - when in doubt, opt for the shuttle bus!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our hotel block is through the Marriott at Denver Tech Center. It is highly encouraged to say there as it is right next to the location of the welcome party and shuttles will leave to and from this hotel on wedding day. Reservations must be made by Sept. 28th for the hotel discount. Please see the “travel” tab for the link.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP prior to August 31st so that we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

There are select and very few children allowed at this event. If this has not been discussed with the bride and groom well in advance, it is unlikely we can accommodate children.
