Hampton Beach offers a variety of hotels, rental homes, and Airbnb's, most with a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. October is off season, however this is a holiday weekend so please plan to make your arrangements late spring. We have partnered with the Ashworth to provide a group rate please use our names when you call for reservations. Many of the hotels, rentals properties, and condos do not start taking reservations until March/April time frame. Please keep this in mind when searching. Some places may look full but have actually not started taking reservations yet. All the below places are walking distance to where the bus transportation will be picking up and dropping off at.

Rooms range from $105-$160. Available for reservations now. They also offer two bedroom cottages in case your party is larger. Those are $250 a night but come with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room and two parking spots.
