A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook, Friday, August 15th and Saturday, August 16th, 2025. Just a few minutes from the Old Field Club. We’d love for you to stay close and celebrate with us all weekend!
Rooms are being held exclusively for our group until 11:59 PM EST on Monday, June 30, 2025. After that, any unused rooms will be released, and the discounted rate will no longer be guaranteed.
If you know you’ll need a hotel, we highly recommend booking before the cut-off date to lock in the group rate and make sure you’re close to all the wedding fun!

Shuttle from Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook to Old Field Club
August 16, 2025 4:30 pm - 12:00 am
Complimentary shuttles will run between the hotel and venue beginning at 4:30 PM and continuing until 12:00 AM, with unlimited transfers throughout the evening. If you plan to drive, valet parking will be provided at the venue.
