Frances and Nalene go W A Y back. They first met when Nalene's son Christopher and Frances' nephew (Patty's son) Edward were born. Edward and Christopher had the same "nanna", and through nanna Suzanne grew a 'best friends' relationship. Frances and Nalene were part of the crew that picked the boys up for sleep overs and other fun visits. Frances and Nalene's friendship grew closer and they became more like "family" when Frances' sister Patty was diagnosed with breast cancer. Nalene has lovingly been given the nickname "Miss Play it Safe" from Alan. She likes all things familiar, and is not a fan of anything unknown or places considered 'hole in the wall'.
Alexandria Jungkeit

Alexandria is Frances' niece and Patty's daughter. Alex is Frances' favorite niece and she loves spending time with her. Alex is a graduate of Long Beach State and is currently working at Sacramento State. As a child Alex was the 'bossy one' (just like her Auntie), she looked after her brother, cousins and friends and made sure everyone treated each other kindly. She has always been our 'princess' and our fun-loving young lady who enjoyed dining out and twirly dresses. As an adult, she enjoys hanging out with friends, wine, painting and needle crafts. She is smart, outgoing, and loving, and an all-round beautiful woman.
Jerry Glazer
Best Man
Jerry and Alan's friendship goes back MANY years. Alan cherishes the friendship they have developed and immediately knew Jerry would be his best man. They have shared many experiences together. Jerry always looked after Alan and continued to do so until he was comfortable that Frances could pick up where he left off. Jerry is family to Alan and is the 'big brother' Alan never had. They both enjoy antagonizing one another and spending time together when schedules allow. Debbie (Jerry's better half) and Frances are the event coordinators for the 'couple' outings. Alan has great love for all Jerry and his family have done for him over the years and is happy to call them 'family'.
Tyler Brandt
Groomsman
Tyler is Alan's oldest son and a stand up guy. He is a graduate of Sacramento State and is now employed as a background investigator. Alan and his oldest share many similar interests. They both love sports and bbq. Tyler's is an avid sports fan. His favorite local teams are the Sacramento Kings and San Francisco Giants. He also enjoys watching basketball, baseball, football and hockey in person or on TV. He's even been known to make a buck or two as a participant in fantasy leagues. Alan loves spending time with Tyler, when together, you'll find them curled up in front of the TV watching some sort of sporting event.
Kevin Brandt
Groomsman
Kevin is Alan's youngest son and has the same outgoing personality as his dad. He is currently a student at Sacramento State and a part-time employee at In n Out Burger. Like Edward, Kevin is a big jokester. Unlike his older brother and dad, Kevin would rather play video games or hang out with friends over watching anything sports related. When he comes to Elk Grove he enjoys spending time with the next door neighbors. He especially enjoys Nam's Vietnamese cooking. Sometimes Alan and Frances get the pleasure of the Kevister's company. Usually it's when Frances has baked something yummy or when Alan is outside bbq'ing some ribs.
