Connor and John were elementary school enemies and long-lost cousins turned best friends and 4-year roommates. They lived in a <1000 sq ft Manhattan apartment through the height of the pandemic and haven't been the same since.

Marie and Fran met for the first time the night of Lehigh graduation when John's cousins and siblings were over celebrating at John's senior year house. Many years later, they reunited with Fran as John's girlfriend, and bonded over many family trips, games of Werewolf, and Eras Tour livestreams.

Brian is John's younger brother and is one of the only people who can beat him at Super Smash Brothers (via 20 years of trauma-induced training). They share a love of all things gaming and as brothers, they get under each other's skin the perfect amount.

Fran and Sam met when Nick brought her home to spend their Vanderbilt Christmas break in Ramsey! Sam fit in with the family right away, and has been a vital and calming member of family boat trips, holidays, and many many board games ever since.

Nick and John met at a lovely dinner in NYC with Fran and Nick's wife Sam. The two both try to suppress their competitive urges when playing board games with Fran, and treat every game of Wingspan like it is life-or-death.

Sarah lived down the hall from Fran in their freshman dorm at Lehigh, and now she lives only two rivers away in Brooklyn. They have been close ever since Fran brought Sarah her favorite lemon sugar cookie from the dining hall, and can still sit around laughing with each other about nothing for hours.

Josh and John were partners in crime at Lehigh. As long as crime means competing for better grades and doing jokes that everyone always loves 100% of the time (including Fran). Josh has since taken his talents bi-coastal to San Francisco.

Em lived across the hall from Fran in their Lehigh freshman dorm and have been friends through chemical engineering, many international travels (eight countries?!), late nights out dancing, and they share a love of splitting meals at their favorite Greek spot in NJ.

Mikal and John became best buds in second grade, bonding over Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! Through the years they've developed more inside jokes than John can keep track of. Mikal lives in Rhode Island and chefs-up the best pizza in the state. Stop by Pizza Marvin if you're ever in Providence!
