We have reserved a room block at Hyatt Place Athens Downtown for our guests. Booking details can be found under the Travel tab, and we recommend reserving early to secure your room. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Hadden Estate at DGD Farms, where our wedding celebration will take place. Guests are also welcome to stay at other nearby hotels or Airbnbs in the Athens area if they prefer.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we kindly ask guests to refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired professional photographers and a videographer to capture every special moment, and we promise to share the photos once we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
We will not be providing shuttle service, but the venue is easily accessible by car. Parking will be available onsite, and rideshares (Uber and Lyft) are also convenient options. If you plan to use a rideshare, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance to ensure availability at the end of the evening.
Please RSVP by August 1, 2026 so we can finalize details with our vendors. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
Our wedding attire is semi-formal. Suits, ties, or cocktail dresses are perfect. Since the celebration will take place outdoors, we recommend choosing shoes and fabrics that will be comfortable for the setting.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If you were given a plus-one, their name will appear when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. We kindly ask that all guests be seated before the ceremony begins.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be limited to immediate family children only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun evening celebrating with us!
Our celebration will conclude at 10:00 PM with a sparkler send-off. For guests who would like to continue the evening, downtown Athens has plenty of great bars and live music just a short Uber ride away.
