Please be ready for the shuttle outside of your hotel at 3:15 pm. Please note that there are two separate shuttles, one for the Hampton Inn and one for the Amelia Hotel. Please try to remember the driver that took you to the venue as they will return you to the hotel you were picked up from. If you get on the wrong shuttle on the return, don’t worry, the hotels are walking distance from each other. Please note that the shuttle will only be taking you to the venue, and will return to your hotel after the wedding ends at 11:00. If you decide to leave earlier, and are having issues with Uber/Lyft, we recommend booking a taxi on Ztrip, as it is the most reliable transportation service on Fort George Island.
Yes! Tom and Hannah will be at Slider's Seaside Grill across from our recommended hotels by 8:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025, if you would like to say hello and grab a drink before the big day. Slider's Seaside Grill is located at 1998 S Fletcher Ave, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.

There will be shuttles from the Hampton Inn and Amelia Hotel listed on our travel page. Please note these hotels are located on Amelia Island, not in Jacksonville. Anyone is welcome to take the shuttle from these locations, but parking is not guaranteed unless you are a hotel guest. Please confirm if you will be needing our shuttle service when you RSVP. More information on pickup times will be sent to you directly closer to the wedding date.

If you are staying in Jacksonville or are not staying at a hotel near our wedding shuttles, please book or plan for transportation in advance, including scheduling rideshare services. Our venue suggested that zTrip is the most reliable. Because the Ribault Club is on Fort George Island, people have had issues arranging last minute transportation. Please note that the St. Johns River Ferry service that takes you and your vehicle from Fort George Island to the Jacksonville beaches ends at 8:30 pm. After 8:30 pm, you will have to travel west to I-295 to get to Jacksonville.

Generally, yes. The ceremony is planned to be held outside, weather permitting. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors. Please note that fall temperatures vary in Florida. In early November, it is typically in the low 70s during the day and high 50s/low 60s at night. You may want to bring a light jacket, as the wedding venue will primarily be outside.
Dress code is semi formal/garden party. We suggest that men wear trousers and a button down or collared shirt. Jacket optional. We suggest that women wear semi-formal long or short dresses, elevated jumpsuits, two piece outfits, etc. We will have a dance floor outside, but high heels may be a challenge with the soft ground. To allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we have decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.
Of course! Please note our cocktail hour will have select beers, wine, and our signature cocktails. There will be a full bar at our reception. Small cash tips for our bartenders are not required but would be greatly appreciated.
Our dinner service will be catered by V's Pizza, with a selection of pizzas being fired in an Italian brick oven onsite. We will have vegetarian and gluten free (GF) pizza options. There will also be chicken wings (GF), and salad available. During our cocktail hour, there will also be caprese bites (GF), and bruschetta. We will also have a small selection of GF and nut free desserts, and plan to have pistachio cake, allergies permitting. Please contact us if you have restrictive food allergies.
Silent disco is an event where people listen and dance to music on a pair of wireless headphones. Each headphones set will have three different channels of music. The headphones change colors depending on what channel you will be listening to, so you can see if guests are listening to the same channel as you. There will also be external audio playing during the silent disco portion of the wedding, so if you take your head phones off, you can still enjoy music. We can't wait to end the night silent disco-ing with you!
Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need, but if you'd like to celebrate with a gift, we are registered at https://www.zola.com/wedding/fraleigheverafter/registry. If you insist, you may also bring cards or gifts to the wedding.
Please contact Hannah (772-281-8021, hannahneff28@yahoo.com) or Tom (352-514-7163, trfraleigh@gmail.com) if you have any additional questions.
