Aren't you already married?

For those that don't know, yes, we are already married! We wanted to get married on the 5 year anniversary of being a couple (cute right?!) which was on January 23rd, but we wanted to celebrate with loved ones when the weather was a little more friendly.

Our reception date has changed..

Answer

Due to us changing the location of our reception, we had to change the date up as well! Originally you may have been told by us to pencil in May 30th, so don't forget to change it to Saturday May 23rd on your calendars! Keep in mind this new date falls on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend.

How formal is our reception?

Answer

On a scale of 0-10, negative 100. Being fancy and formal isn't really our vibe. We want to celebrate our marriage our way, which is as lowkey, low pressure, and as fun as possible!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Absolutely not! Come however you are most comfortable.

Will there be food/drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’re having a potluck-style celebration, and contributions are welcome but completely optional. We’ll have sweet tea, waters, and NA drinks available. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol.

Where can I park?

Answer

Free parking is available super close by at the Water Street Garage, the Farmers Market lot on South Liberty Street, and the JMU/Ice House lot on Bruce Street. Be mindful that some spots are permit only.
