Please arrive at Saint Clare of Montefalco Catholic Church between 4:00 and 4:15 PM to allow ample time for parking and finding your seats before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.
Yes! There are large parking lots adjacent to both Saint Clare of Montefalco Catholic Church and the Detroit Yacht Club. Parking is free at both locations.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the wedding ceremony, as we want our guests to be fully present when we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
The dress code for our wedding is formal or black tie optional. We ask that men wear a dark-colored suit or tuxedo (no jeans, please) and women wear midi, maxi, or floor length dresses. Please note that the ceremony will be fully indoors and the reception will include a combination of both indoor and outdoor settings, including a covered patio.
Due to the venue's limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We are so grateful you are making the trip to celebrate with us! We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit. Please visit the "Accommodations" tab for more information.
We will not be providing a shuttle service for guests to and from their hotels. Ride share options such as Uber and Lyft will be available for guests to use after the reception. Please plan accordingly, as we want everyone to get home safely!
If you have a food allergy or any other dietary restrictions, please indicate as such when you RSVP so we can accommodate you!
Kindly RSVP no later than August 18th, 2026.
If you have any other questions, please contact Julie Yonkus via text or phone call at (313) 410-9258.
