Why can’t I RSVP using my name?

Answer

If the RSVP is not working, it’s because it wants you to put in only one person’s full name, even if there are more people in your party. For example, “Anthony Ruffino” instead of “Anthony Ruffino and Sarah Fox” or “Salvatore Ruffino” “Instead of “Salvatore and Debra Ruffino”. If there are more people in your party, once you put in one adult’s first and last name, it will show accept your name, and then you’ll be able to see the other people in your party to RSVP them as well. You may have to close the window, completely and rescan the QR code to start over. If it keeps saying “ you entered your name too many times”… you may even need to use someone else’s phone to scan.
