Megan and Zack met how most couples do in this day and age, on the internet. Zack kept coming up on Megan's suggested friends on Facebook, and after looking at his page several times Megan caved and added Zack. After about a month of staring at the friend request Zack accepted. About a month after that Megan decided to make the first move to message Zack. They chatted for a while, and while Zack was on vacation visiting friends in Tennessee Zack asked for a date when he got back to town. They had their first date at El Azteca in Ames and walk around Ada Hayden. They have been inseparable ever since.

Celebrating their 2nd Anniversary Zack planned a date recreating their first date of El Azteca and a walk around Ada Hayden. Megan was unaware of the Ada Hayden portion of the date. After dinner Zack suggested Dairy Queen, but when he drove past the turn and went the other way Megan figured something was up. That and when Zack had yelled at her to paint her nails before dinner. Once at Ada Hayden they walked to their usual look out where Zack's friends had set up a beautiful scene of flowers and rose petals. Zack then got down on one knee and asked Megan to marry him. We can't wait to celebrate the beginning of the next chapter with all of you!
