What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code. Semi-formal wedding attire is encouraged! *The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting), please dress accordingly. The reception will be air conditioned and guest can access it during the cocktail hour if needed.

The ceremony and reception are both at the same location! The Grand Estate- 399 Ford City Road, Freeport, PA 16229

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30pm on Saturday 8/29/26. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony (3-3:15pm).

Where do we park? Is there any parking fees?

Answer

Parking is at the venue. There are no parking fees.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! In an effort to allow guest to let loose and stay safe Sarah and Kevin have arranged transportation. There will be a shuttle that will pick guest up at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Mills and take guest to the ceremony and back to the hotel once the reception is winding down. Please let the bride and/or groom know when you RSVP if you plan to use this service!

All formal invitations will clearly specify who is invited, including plus ones and children.

Due to venue restrictions, this will be invitation only. Prioritizing immediate family and the bridal party so we can practice before the big day!
