We would like our special day to be an adult-only occasion.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we are asking our guests to dress semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Our ceremony is outdoors with the reception being indoors. There is an indoor option for the ceremony at the same location pending weather.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?
Answer
There ceremony and the reception are at the same place. The ceremony will be on the outside terrace and the reception is right inside.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Our hotel block is located at Lake Raystown Resort and there is a footpath that connects the venue to our hotel block. It is a very short walk of about two minutes from the ceremony/reception. If you choose to rent a villa, it is a longer walk of about eight minutes. However, the footpath is not handicap accessible. If you cannot take the footpath, you can take the road that connects the two.

What breakfast options are there for Sunday morning?

The cafe at Lake Raystown will be open if you would like to buy breakfast. There is no complementary breakfast at the resort.

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The Pittsburgh airport is the largest and easiest airport to fly into. Lake Raystown is a two and a half hour drive away.

Bring some food, snacks, and drinks! The resort is like a campground, so there are fire rings to cook over. The only place to eat at Lake Raystown Resort is the Marina Cafe.
