We love going to Dollywood. It is a Dolly Parton themed amusement park.

Anakeesta

Anakeesta is a fun outdoor park atop one a the mountain in Gatlinburg. They have a lot of tree houses and play places for kids. They have the tallest lookout tower in Gatlinburg. They have food and drinks, ziplining, a mountain coaster, and an elevated walkway through the trees.

WonderWorks

WonderWorks is the best place to be a kid again. So much science and cool facts. You may recognize it as the building that is upside down.

Savannah Bee Company

Savannah Bee Company is located in Gatlinburg right outside Anakeesta. This is the same company that is in Savannah Ga. We will be serving mead from here at the wedding. They have a lot of great body products, chapsticks, candles, and mead.

The Apple Barn & Cider Mill

This is a really cool place to have lunch and look around. Think of it like Cracker Barrell but everything is Apples. The entire hill behind the store is an apple orchard. They have wine and daily wine tastings. Beware the wine is particularly sweet, it is made from apples.

Tanger Outlets Mall

Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show

We go here every year on Savannah's birthday. This is a fun family dinner show with pirates, mermaids, and seals.

Dolly Parton's Stampede

Dolly Partons Stampede, for those of us from TN we know this as The Dixie Stampede. It is a fun dinner theater show with horses, trick riders, chicken races, and beautiful music by non other than Dolly herself. They do different shows for each season.

Gatlinburg SkyBridge

This is a fun exhilarating experience. You ride a chair lift up the side of the mountain. Then you walk across a huge bridge, a small portion in the center is made out of glass! It is a very cool experience.
