The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. Ladies: cocktail dresses, summer dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or a nice pantsuit. Men: a suit with dress shoes, or a sports jacket. Please no jeans, shorts, short-sleeved shirts, or sneakers. For the BBQ wear whatever you are comfortable in!
As much as we love children, we have decided to have the wedding and reception 16 years and up. We hope this advance notice means you're able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day! If your kids will be traveling to VT (and staying with a parent or sitter), they are welcome to come to the BBQ on Friday and to Sunday Brunch (and your sitter can join too!) Please just let us know so that we can have a proper head count.
In order to be able to have a stress-free wedding weekend and ensure the safety of our guests and vendors to the best of our ability, we have decided to require all guests be vaccinated. Please reach out with any questions.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm with a cocktail hour and reception immediately following. We will have transportation from the hotel (see the Transportation tab), and if you are arriving to the ceremony on your own we hope to see you no later than 4:15pm. For the Friday BBQ and Sunday breakfast, come by any time!
Please reach out to Zack or Nicole when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate you!
Yes! All wedding events will take place at the Quechee Inn, and there is parking at the Inn. All events will take place outside, and the reception will be tented.
Formal invitations will be mailed out in August, with RSVPs due by August 25th. You can RSVP online at any time! Please note that our discounted rate for the hotel block must be booked by August 20th.
Woof - Recently Boulder and I visited our grandparents and after our stomachs settled from the car ride we realized that the suburbs are AWESOME! Here is a list of what we love about the suburbs. 1. so many rooms to explore C. so much grass to sniff and pee on. D. extra room for zoomies 6. People give me blueberries all the time B. More squirrels less cars SQUIRREL! Okay I think you understand where we are coming from. Our parents have us, and really what else do they need. But Boulder and I need more space. So We are asking you to help our parents move to the burbs instead of giving them new plates or a toaster thingy, that we can't even use. Also dog treats, we are once again asking for more dog treats. Love, Maizel and Boulder
Yes, of course! But we will be having an UNPLUGGED ceremony, which means no cameras or photos during the ceremony. Our lovely photographers will be there to capture every moment. Please be sure to use our wedding hashtag for any pictures you post!
The reception will end at 10pm due to Vermont noise ordinances. We will have the bar at the Inn open until midnight for those who want to stay up a little later! The last shuttle will leave from the Inn to return to the hotel at 11:30pm (don't miss it!)
