Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

As much as we love you all and your kids, unfortunately there isn't enough space for so many children to attend. We only have the capacity for a strict number of guests and in order to get our closest family and friends to celebrate us, any kids 18 or younger would have to stay home. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but hope you understand. *Due to Covid, this is also much safer for all the unvaccinated children, we wouldn't want to put them in harms way.

Can we come to the wedding venue early?

Answer

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to come ahead of time. Although we might be busy getting ready, there is a large property to roam and enjoy the outdoors before the day begins. Our wedding venue is entirely outdoors, so don't forget to dress accordingly.

Where do we park?

Answer

You can park you cars on the property, there will be signage and attendants to point you in the right direction. There are two different entrances to the property, both will lead you to the main area where you'll find signs pointing to the parking field. If anyone needs golf cart assistance to get around, there will be attendants ready for you. ALL CARS MUST BE OFF THE PROPERTY BEFORE 9AM SUNDAY MORNING.

Can we use a shuttle service?

We tried our hardest to get shuttles from the hotel to venue and back again but there was a huge amount of snags and problems in getting it set up. Multiple issues with different bus companies and the venue not being able to fit certain bus sizes/types. Unfortunately this is not set in stone. Updating this right now, 3 weeks before our wedding as we are still putting in the effort to have them work out! But wanted to note that this bus situation might fall through. The good news is that you can park and leave a car at the venue (until 9am the following day)! There are also Uber's readily available and Marriot has Uber connections. We encourage everyone to try to arrange someone who wont be drinking to drive or be sure to catch a cab. We want everyone safe and sound so we can get back from the wedding and continue to enjoy the celebration back at the hotel! Please be safe. If you have any questions at all, call us!
