A Note on Lodging
*We recommend that you reserve lodging as soon as you can, as Sonoma County is a popular tourist destination and some hotels and inns will sell out or increase in price.* The button below will lead you to a registration link to a block rate with Hotel Trio in Healdsburg, CA, for Friday, 11/7, through Monday, 11/10. The link will default to 3 nights, but you may change that and select either 2 or 3 nights. This hotel is about a 9-minute drive from the venue, very close to downtown Healdsburg, and right on the cusp of Dry Creek Valley. The hotel offers free shuttles to downtown, complementary bikes, and is situated right along a pathway that leads straight into town. Additionally, all rooms include kitchenettes. The final day to book using this rate is September 24, 2025. We have listed some alternative hotels and beds and breakfast below. There are also quite a few Airbnbs and VRBOs sprinkled throughout the county. Please let us know if you need additional guidance in finding lodging. If you're feeling particularly adventurous, you can also stay in Guerneville, Sebastopol, Occidental, Forestville, or Graton, but your drive time will be a bit longer (but very beautiful)! Flight
Sonoma County Airport, San Francisco International Airport, Oakland International Airport
There are 3 main airports in the area that we recommend: STS, SFO, and OAK. All three options will require a car to get to the venue. Drive time from STS to venue: 25 minutes Drive time from SFO to venue: 1.5 hours Drive time from OAK to venue: 1 hour and 20 minutes Beautiful and lovely as it is, Sonoma County has not hit the pinnacle of public transportation. If flying in from out of town, you will need to rent a car. We recommend connecting with family members and friends who are also attending. If flying into either San Francisco or Oakland, you can also take the airporter (Groome Transportation) to the Sonoma County Airport, where you could rent a car to get to Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Windsor, and beyond.
