Unfortunately, we have a very strict guest list as our venue is small and only accommodates a certain number of people. Everyone included in the invitation will be listed on the envelope.
Please arrive at 3:30pm in order to find the venue, parking, and get seated for the ceremony, as the venue can be tricky to find.
There is ample parking on site for all of our traveling guests.
Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025. Feel free to send back the physical RSVP card and fill out the online form.
A comfortable semi formal dress code with fall feelings. Our wedding party will be wearing green and burnt orange/cinnamon so please try to avoid those colors if possible. We recommend jewel tones and layers as the ceremony and reception are primarily outdoors with some indoor fun. We will have lawn games and dancing so please bring comfortable shoes! The terrain of the venue is not conducive to heels. Wedges and platforms may be worn but keep in mind there is lots of gravel and brush at the venue.
We will be serving wine, signature cocktails, and beer on tap. Our venue is BYOB so if you have a favorite drink, feel free to bring it with you. Please note: the venue prohibits mixing drinks on property so please bring canned or bottled premixed beverages.
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert with a guest choice of entree.
The venue has pretty good cell service as well as Wi-Fi.
The Philadelphia International Airport is 2.5 hours from the venue. Newark International Airport is 2 hours from the venue, but close to Alexa's family. Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport is 40 minutes from the venue and closest to the couples house but is pretty small so likely harder to find a flight into.
