Hotel
This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the venue. We have a discounted rate room block at this hotel for Friday June 12 and Saturday June 13. You may book for one or both of these nights. We will be arranging a shuttle for transport from the Courtyard hotel to and from the venue. Use the below link marked "view" to obtain the discounted room block rate. Any changes to reservations after booking through the block link must be made by calling the hotel.
Hotel
The Hampton Inn is another hotel option if the Courtyard hotel block fills up. It is located in the same parking lot as the Courtyard and is also a 10 minute drive to the venue.
Shuttle
June 13, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
A shuttle will be running from the Courtyard hotel to the Botanic Garden prior to the ceremony and from the Botanic Garden back to the Courtyard hotel multiple times towards the end of the reception. The shuttle seats 25 passengers each trip, with 2 trips planned departing from the hotel to the venue at 3:00 pm and 3:45 pm. We will have a sign-up sheet at the Courtyard front desk to claim your departure time from the hotel to the venue. A seat on the shuttle to the venue MUST be reserved via this list, and it will be filled first-come first-serve. If the list is filled, you must find other transportation to the venue. The shuttle will run continuously back to the hotel on the hour after 8:00 pm, so you will not need to reserve a spot on the shuttle back to the hotel. There will be more spots available on the shuttle ride back than the ride to the venue, so if you must use other transportation to the venue, you may still ride the shuttle back.
