Please help the couple set the tone for this special day by wearing semi-formal attire. The bride and groom encourage dresses and suits. Ties are optional. Ladies please avoid wearing whites, creams, or tans. Black colored attire is acceptable.
Even though the couple knows you are excited to witness this special moment, they ask that you do not take photos or raise your device during the ceremony. The bride and groom have hired a professional photography team to capture this event, and due to space constraints, it is important that they have clear views throughout the church. The bride and groom will share photos in the future.
While the bride and groom love your little ones, they ask that unless children are specifically named on the invitation/RSVP that you please do not bring them to the ceremony or reception.
There will be a community mass prior to the wedding celebration, in order to be respectful of the parishioners and cognizant of potential parking constraints, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time.
Please RSVP by completing the QR code found in your invitation or by visiting the "RSVP" tab above before February 1, 2026.
St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church has a small parking lot located behind the school building. The entrance to the parking lot is on S. Ann Street. Please note that the History Museum does not have a private parking lot. Guests will need to park streetside. Be aware that parking meters do not charge fees on the weekend.
Due to space constraints, the bride and groom ask that unless your invitation/RSVP specifically states a "plus one" or "guest" that you do not bring a date.
The bride and groom have included recommendations for several lovely hotels in the downtown area. Please visit the "travel" section in the header above to learn more.
No, transportation is not provided. Guests will need to move their cars or utilize a ride-share service to travel to each location.
The bride and groom plan for a grand send-off at approximately 11 o'clock in the evening. If possible, they ask that guests remain in order to participate in this fun photo-op!
We appreciate that you want to offer a gift to celebrate this new chapter in the bride and groom's life. In lieu of receiving tangible items, they would prefer if you would contribute to their honeymoon or home renovation fund utilizing the "Registry" tab above so that they can enjoy your gift for years to come!
If you are unable to attend, please know that you will be missed! However, the bride and groom understand that sometimes life happens. Please RSVP by February 1st and try your best to honor the commitment you've made in the RSVP. If you are unable to attend due to an unforeseen emergency following the RSVP deadline, please contact the bride or groom as soon as possible.
The wedding ceremony will entail a full Catholic mass. The bride and groom acknowledge that some of their guests may not be members of the Catholic faith and hope that you will still choose to attend this special moment. There is no expectation that you will participate in the responsorials or communion, your presence is honor enough! During communion, please note that only baptized Catholics who have received the holy sacrament of First Communion are able to receive communion. However, if you are not Catholic and would like to receive a blessing please feel free to approach the altar with crossed arms (i.e. hands on shoulders, forming an X across your chest).
