Do I need to book my own room?

Answer

Nope! We already have a room reserved for you. All you have to do is show up on the Friday and give your name at reception. :)

How do I pay for my room?

Answer

We have booked and paid for rooms for all of our guests! Our priority is that all our favourite people are with us. While it is not expected, if you would like to contribute to the cost of your room, you may do so by e-transfer to the bride or groom.

When do I need to be in Canmore?

Answer

Your room is booked for Friday - Sunday. On Friday the 23rd, you can check into your room anytime after 4pm. Then on Sunday, after breakfast, check out is at 10:30am.

What is the plan for transportation on the day of the event?

Answer

No need for transportation! Both the ceremony and reception are at the Inn, and at the end of the night you are just a short walk away from your room.

But what do I wear?

Answer

Whatever you feel comfortable in! Please keep in mind the (short) ceremony will take place outside.

Will I starve this weekend?

Answer

We hope not! Here is a quick breakdown of the meals we are providing everyone for the weekend: Saturday - Breakfast (eat together) - Coffee and snacks (before ceremony) - Dinner (at the reception) Sunday - Breakfast (eat together before the goodbyes)
