Do we have to stay on site, or can we book a hotel elsewhere?

Answer

No, you do not have to stay on site! We recommend that you do especially if you are drinking at our wedding and the pricing is cheaper at our venue than typical hotels in this area. There are 44 cabins available to book so please reserve your spot quickly if you are planning to attend! Prices are a little expensive in Fredericksburg so if we also recommend carpooling or splitting a room with friends if able.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st as we have to let our venue know all the details of our wedding a month before. If you know sooner, that will be even better!

Will there be explicit lyrics and alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP there will be question asking if you will be drinking the night of the wedding due to us having to let the venue know.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! I can't upload pictures, but if you type in cocktail attire in Google or Pinterest it will give you different ideas as to what to wear! Please know, your presence is a gift enough.

Can I bring a date or are kids welcome?

Answer

If your envelope says "family" or "and guest", we have already accounted your children and for you to be able to bring one guest. Please make sure your children and guest are accounted for when you RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes!! When you RSVP, please make note of any allergy or intolerance you may have. As someone who is gluten free, there will be gluten free options available at our wedding.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We have posted a schedule on the "schedule" tab of what to expect! We would love to have you join us for the welcome ceremony and the church service, but if you are only able to come to the wedding, that is okay too!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are driving or renting a car, you are able to park your car at the venue! The whole place is ours for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning. There will be another wedding coming in to set up that Friday, so check out will be early/after the church service. Security can also pick you up from your cabin to take you to our venue.
