06/23/21 I had just got back from a church camp, but I was pulled to go to one more since it would be my last time there. When I got there, I was thrown into a random group with other teenagers. That is where I met Jared. We were center stage ,and he looked like he did not want to be there. Over the course of two days, he slowly started smiling more and laughing at my "outgoing personality". One night I decided to stay and watch him play basketball. My dreams then came true, over 6ft, an athlete, and a christian...WOW. He then walked me back to my dorm. After that everything just started to blossom. We were attached to the hip sitting and standing by each other. There was a moment during prayer where I was praying for my future husband and low and behold Jared placed his hand on me in that moment. It wasn't until the last day when Jared finally said he liked me. We were at the volleyball nets when Cade McBride literally pushed Jared into me to tell me that he liked me. The rest is history!
