We met while helping save lives together! We both started working at the same hospital around the same time in a very busy ER/Trauma unit and quickly became friends. Fast forward to August 2018 and Chris finally had the guts to ask Brittney to be his girlfriend!

While on vacation in Siesta Key, Florida which is where Brittney and her family have been having their annual beach vacation, Chris popped the question! Every year, family pictures are taken on a chosen afternoon as the sun is getting ready to set. After the “cousins” picture was taken, Brittney and Chris were the first couple to get their pictures taken. As Brittney walked away after 100+ pictures were taken, Chris asked her to take one more picture with him. As she turned around, there he was on one knee and the biggest grin on his face she had ever seen with a ring in his hand asking her to marry him in front of her closest family. She “ugly cried” of happiness and answered “Of course I will!”, and all the cheering and wedding bliss began!
