Will the wedding continue despite COVID-19?

Answer

As a safety precaution to our guests, we have postponed our May wedding until November 21, 2020. If you have already reserved a hotel block, you can receive a full refund or a free room transfer to our November date. Please contact Philip or Sierra with any questions on the new date!

Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses, slacks and jackets, spring attire

What is attire for the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Casual: jeans, button up or collared shirts, dressy tops, spring attire

How far is the hotel from the venue/ rehearsal dinner/ etc.?

Answer

The hotel is about 7 miles from the venue and 5 miles from the rehearsal dinner. There is a complimentary shuttle at the hotel that can take guests anywhere within a five mile radius.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30pm, so we recommend arriving around 5:00pm-5:15pm to get a drink, mingle, and find a seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot out front, but there will be an open bar, so if you plan to drink, we recommend you take an Uber or Lyft to the venue.
