Wedding Ceremony
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
1879 Pekin Hill Rd, Clymer, NY 14724
Dress code is formal but fun! Guys? Suit up! Gals? Wear that fancy dress you've been looking for a reason to debut! We want to see everyone looking and feeling their best!
The ceremony will be next to the large timber frame venue, just into the trees to the left by the creek. This is partly an outside event. If heels are your thing, since grass can be soft and gravel can be uneven, please rethink overly pointy or narrow options.
Cocktail Hour
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Following the ceremony, guests will move to the porch and bar area of the venue for a relaxed cocktail hour.
Inside the bar area we will have hors'd'oeuvres consisting of various charcuterie options. To wet your whistle there will be an open bar stocked with water, pop, beer, wine, and signature cocktails hand selected by the Bride and Groom to highlight their favorite flavor combinations. The Reception will begin with guests finding their seats. There will be an announcement of the wedding party and honored guests before the Bride and Groom make their grand entrance as newlyweds. The bridal party will be introduced and the bride and groom will have their first dance. They will then join all of the guests for the remainder of cocktail hour.
Dinner and Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Once we wrap up cocktail hour, guests will once again be asked to take their seats. We will hear speeches from selected family and friends, followed by dinner and dancing.
Dinner will be buffet style, with an assortment of mains and sides. We will have choices of beef, chicken, vegetable, soup, salad, and dinner roll. Following dinner will be dancing, carousing, and most importantly.... CAKE! We will have decadent, raspberry filled almond cupcakes; topped with lemon flavored frosting or buttercream frosting; both with white chocolate shavings. There will also be a table full of cookies and baked goods for all.
Food Truck!
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The LIL Wagon, Operated by Mr. George, will be in the parking lot to provide an evening fuel source to keep everyone dancing!
George will be on site for a couple of hours in the evening after dinner. He will have a selection of his amazing sandwiches available for purchase for anyone looking for a snack during the dancing!
