When do I need to RSVP by?

Your RSVP needs to be completed on this website by August 15, 2025—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

How can I RSVP?

Answer

There’s a tab on this website that will take you directly to the RSVP form—it’s quick and easy to complete! You’ll be able to RSVP for each specific person in your party who has been invited. Please note that only those listed on your invitation are included.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire Think semi-formal elegance—For men, think suits or dressy slacks with a jacket. For women, dresses of any length, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are perfect. Make it classy, but don’t forget to let your personality shine! Please refrain from wearing jeans.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

In order to make it on time to the ceremony, we kindly ask you to start arriving at 3:30 pm to St. Raphaels Episcopal Church. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If you have a plus one, it will be specifically stated on your invitation. Unfortunately, if someone's name is not on the invitation, it will not be possible to accommodate them at the wedding.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Taylor and Jacob love your kiddos, but they want to give mom and dad the night off. The only children in attendance will be in the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Please try and carpool the best as possible due to parking restrictions at the church. There is plenty of parking at the reception venue. There will be signs at the reception venue to instruct you where to park.

How do I get to and from the wedding venues?

Answer

Please plan to drive yourself to the ceremony, as we are not providing transportation. Afterward, consider carpooling or using Uber from your hotel to the reception for added convenience. Let’s ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening—please don’t drink and drive

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, please plan ahead to ensure a safe and fun evening! If you’re driving to the ceremony, consider parking your car at home or your hotel afterward and using Uber or Lyft to travel to and from the reception. This way, you can fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving later. Let’s keep the night memorable for all the right reasons—stay safe and avoid drinking and driving. While cash isn’t necessary, you’re welcome to bring some if you’d like to tip the bartenders (completely optional)!

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged. This means that all devices will need to be put away and silenced for the entirety of the ceremony. They have paid a photographer to capture their day and want them to have an easy time doing so! However, they would LOVE if you took photos and videos before and after the ceremony. Don't forget to send them what you capture!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

What time should I go home?

Answer

Our reception will wrap up at 11 PM. If you’re planning to use Uber or Lyft, consider scheduling your ride in advance to ensure a smooth end to the evening.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception are both indoors!

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

You are able to change your RSVP through the RSVP tab on this website. It would entail the same steps you took for your original RSVP. If you cannot get it to work, please message either Jacob or Taylor with your change in plans so they can keep an accurate head count for their vendors.

What if I did not RSVP on time?

Answer

Due to strict deadlines required by vendors, anyone who does not RSVP by August 13 will have neither a plate nor seat at the wedding. They are not able to accommodate for anyone that does not RSVP.
