We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate our wedding day with you!

To help you plan your trip and make the most of the weekend, we wanted to share some key details. Our wedding venue is Breathtaking Views Resort, situated at 934 Sky Wedding Way in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. For those who choose to fly, the closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport, which is twelve miles south of Knoxville and an 80-minute drive from the wedding venue. Note that the road to the main venue is a switchback up to the top of the mountain so be prepared! Upon arrival, plan to proceed to the main wedding venue on Sky Wedding Way to receive your welcome packet. The welcome packet will include important details about your accommodations, which may be located at wedding venue itself, or at a nearby cabin. Keycodes for entry, where applicable, will be included in your welcome packet.

What to Expect!

Friday, May 1st: Check-in begins at 4 PM, but you can arrive at any time throughout the evening. You can head to your accommodations to unpack, unwind, and settle in for the weekend. Please note that the wedding party is scheduled for Rehearsal on the main grounds, as well as dinner scheduled for Friday evening. If you decide to spend time at the main venue during the Rehearsal, we just ask that you enjoy the indoor amenities during the Rehearsal. Indoor, main venue amenities include an extensive kitchen, game room, and a movie theater that you can enjoy. Following Rehearsal, feel free to enjoy the outdoor amenities at the main venue, which include hot tubs, a fire pit, and beautiful scenery. Alternatively, you can explore the nearby towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. For more information, including things to do and local restaurant recommendations, please refer to the Things to Do page on this website. Saturday, May 2nd: The festivities will commence with the wedding ceremony at 3 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. The grounds will start to be set up early in the morning. You may choose to explore the nearby towns. Please make sure to be ready to join us at 3 PM for a memorable celebration! Sunday, May 3rd: Check-out is at 10 AM. We ask that you please follow the checkout instructions that will be provided. For local breakfast restaurant recommendations, please refer to the Things to Do page on this website. A light, continental breakfast (coffee, juice, bagels, donuts, pastries) will be provided at the main venue in the early morning.
