Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to include kids on our big day - leaving the decision up to our guests on whether they want to bring them along for the fun - or - enjoy a night out alone!

How far is the venue from Columbus, OH?

Answer

Port Clinton is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Columbus, OH. We will have a block of rooms reserved at a nearby hotel if you would like to make accommodations to stay in Port Clinton the night of the wedding. Hotel information is available on the "travel" page.

Where should I park?

Answer

Park in the lot on Beach Club Rd to the left before you would turn in past the guard house. Look for our wedding sign pointing to where you should park. The CIC shuttle will bring all guests to ceremony site.

Question

What time does the reception start?

Answer

The reception is at the same location as the ceremony - immediately following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, followed by a full dinner and dancing.

Will there be a shuttle from/to the hotel?

Answer

The availability of a shuttle provided by the hotel is unknown, but we will be providing transportation from the reception to the hotels if needed. This service will start at 9:30PM and end at 12:30AM.
