Veterans Park
Veterans Park offers beautiful views of the Milwaukee skyline and the lakefront. There are also places to rent paddle boats, kayaks, tandem bikes, regular bikes, and kites!
Discovery World
Discovery World is an aquatic science museum located right on Lake Michigan. Mike and Nikki went here on one of their first dates!
Milwaukee Art Museum
Perhaps Milwaukee's most recognizable landmark, the Milwaukee Art Museum houses nearly 25,000 works of art. During nice weather days, the outer surface of the building (known as a Brise Soleil) unfold and create the wing-shaped feature the building is known for.
Lakefront Brewery
Milwaukee has a very beer-rich history. Lakefront Brewery is our favorite brewery tour in the city. In addition to the beer pours included in the tour, the brewery also has a restaurant and beer hall. Visitors receive a souvenir pint glass at the end of the tour as well!
Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory
For over 50 years, The Domes (as they are known locally) have been a Milwaukee landmark. There are three Domes, and each one has a different theme and environment (Arid, Tropical, and a multipurpose show Dome).
Kopp's Frozen Custard
If you're looking for Frozen Custard and Butterburgers (both Wisconsin staples), Kopp's is the place to go! Kopp's is just down the road from where Mike went to high school, and was a very popular spot after sporting events and concerts.
Bradford Beach
Cool off at Milwaukee's most popular beach. Located on the shore of beautiful Lake Michigan, this beach has numerous sand volleyball courts and Tiki bars.
Milwaukee County Zoo
The Milwaukee County Zoo is home to over 2000 animals. The park is spread across 200 acres and includes a miniature railroad.
