Laura met Laura Frost at five years old in the halls of Alpenglow Elementary School. Now, after 21 years of friendship Laura will stand by Laura's side as she gets to marry Brennan. "The Lauras'" intitally bonded over their shared name, but their friendship grew through their mutual love for hiking, gardening, and baking. Laura Barber is an avid hiker, class of 2022 PCT, registered yoga instructor from Nepal, and scuba diving certified from Costa Rica.

In elementary school, Brennan was accused of stealing Karls crayons by their teacher. As any historic event in history, life was not the same afterwards. Karl and Brennan have stood the test of time as best friends.

It is common knowledge that both Will and Noah are the best sisters Laura could ever ask for. And was all she was given to work with. Growing up, teachers would often approach Laura stating," You are just like your brother, but with lots more glitter and pink." Such compliments were not taken lightly, as Laura has always looked up to her older brother. It's only appropriate for William one day to become a bridesmaid as his unwavering support has always been a constant in Laura's life.

Brennan and Michael grew up in Eagle River, Alaska, jumping into snow from the roof, snow machining out to their family cabin with their Papa, and hunting with their father in the fall. Brennan stood by Michael's side at Michael's wedding and is now excited to have him join Brennan and Laura on their special day.

Maria and Laura’s friendship began in nursing school, where they quickly discovered a shared passion for leadership and helping others. Serving together as President and Vice President of the Student Nurses Association, they supported one another through every late-night study session and early-morning class. Their friendship has been a constant source of strength and laughter, and Laura wouldn't trust anyone else to break in the dance floor on her wedding day.

"I met Doug 2 years ago, and he’s become one of my closest friends since. Originally from Nebraska, he made his way to Alaska through the military and has settled right in. These days we spend plenty of time working together, catching hockey games, and when he’s not doing that, he’s usually out hunting."

If anyone knows Noah, they understand that there is no one quite like him. Noah enjoys cooking intricate recipes, foraging in Alaska, and crafting his very own meed. Although he is Laura's younger brother, there is only one other competitor for brother bridesmaid. Noahs support of Laura and Brennan has stood the test of time and it is only fair to have him join the bridal party!

"I met Ryan at work about 6 years ago, and we’ve been good buddies ever since. He was born and raised in Alaska and now has two little boys keeping him busy. He’s the kind of friend who’s always down for a laugh and makes life a lot more fun."
