Amazing spot for a walk! They have both paved paths and hiking trails. Will spent a lot of time here walking with his family. A great place to take in the views of the East Bay hills.

The best English muffins in the world (possibly). Great spot for quick breakfast, try the original breakfast sandwich!

Tilden Regional Park
Tilden regional park is one of our favorite places for natural beauty in the Bay Area. See stunning views of Berkeley and San Francisco by driving on Grizzly Peak Blvd, go on a great hike to Inspiration Point, and see where Will worked during college summers at the Regional Park Botanic Gardens. There are even miniature steam trains you can ride through the park and a farm where you can pet animals- big fun!
Morucci's
Some of the best sandwiches in the Bay! Be sure to get the homemade Ciabatta. Good place for a quick bite.
Mount Diablo
Mountain peak offering unbelievable views of California. There are plenty of hiking trails and even a visitor center you can drive to at the peak. On clear days, you can see all the way to San Francisco one direction and the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the other.
