Mike'la and Keaton's love story began in December 2022, when fate brought them together at Famous Lounge. Separately, they arrived with a few of their closest friends. Some of whom will stand at the altar as members of the wedding party. While the night was young, Mikela's sorority sister, Romance spotted a good friend across the establishment. That good friend of hers happened to be Keaton… Warm greetings and small talk sparked amongst both friend circles. A simple introduction between Keaton and Mikela sparked their forever romance! The moment Keaton and Mike'la were introduced, time seemed to pause. Their eyes met, hand in hand, and neither let go of the initial connection. Smiling and maintaining each other's gaze, a spark ignited! One that couldn’t be ignored... As it made sense, everyone agreed to merge into one section and enjoy the night as a group. Over the loud music, Keaton & Mikela spent the night talking about family, life, and dreams. Steadily, yelling into each other's ears to be heard, yet somehow they understood each other perfectly. A moment came that verified the undeniable feelings... Since Mikela's "Girls Night" was spontaneous, there was a moment where Mike'la had to leave the establishment to take her best friend home. Keaton didn't believe Mike'la would return as promised. During that brief separation, they couldn't stop thinking about each other. Once Mike'la returned to the lounge, they instantly spotted each other, as if drawn by magic. Clearly, the desire to be with each other was irresistible. The rest of the night was fantastic ~ Finding their way back together, dancing the night away, sharing a sweet first kiss, and while Keaton escorted Mike'la to her car, they exchanged numbers as the sun started to rise. During the first date, they promised to take their time and build an honest foundation. What began as a friendship quickly blossomed into love. On July 5, 2023, their relationship became official, knowing both hearts had already chosen each other. Together, building a life full of laughter and adventure. Whether they are traveling, caring for Swae "The Dalmatian", creating memories with loved ones, or living life to the fullest, they choose to share the memories as one. Keaton took a leap of love by purchasing a home in early 2025 to start laying the foundation for their future. July 5, 2025, on their two-year anniversary, Keaton planned the most beautiful proposal followed by an engagement and housewarming party!
